The ISAS H2O Manager; a multi user pays water-dispensing system.
The system comprises of a control device, which accepts prepaid
and/or billing contactless smart cards, billing is via GSM networks.
The authority uses ISAS software to manage and bill the users.
H2O Manager controls and manages Australia’s limited water resource.
