ISAS
has an established client base covering all of the Northern Territory. We have
developed close relationships with customers to ensure that our products become
their preferred supply items and provide repeat business. We have successful
partnering, warehousing and period supply contracts with many of the largest
consumers in the Northern Territory.
ISAS is a Northern Territory owned and operated business. It was founded in
1986 by the present Managing Director. Today ISAS has offices in three states
and employs over 60 people through out Australia. In keeping with its Territory
origins, the head office is based in Darwin. The interstate offices in Brisbane
and Perth provide switchboard manufacturing services to their markets.
The success ISAS has experienced can be attributed to its commitment to available
quality products and services. We have the local expertise to know the delays in
freighting critical items into remote locations and as such are committed to
holding our inventory at levels to service the market. ISAS provides continuous
product updates to the end user and consultant client base. Direct mail outs
with product demonstrations on and off site ensure the information reaches the
right places.
ISAS maintains an IT system that provides the sales staff with all the
necessary tools to manage their customers needs. We have an extensive e-mail and
Internet system that allows easy access to information and to respond quickly to
the customer. ISAS provides an after hours sales and support line.
ISAS provides benefits for its customers by providing "one single point
of supply" for their needs ensuring consistent service, responsiveness and
the management of problems and solutions.
